Energy Loan Plus Training

Fix Up’s newest loan option, Energy Loan Plus, is now available to homeowners. To learn how this new option can help lower-income homeowners make energy-conservation improvements to their homes, view the recorded webinar, which covers key features of Energy Loan Plus, as well as borrower and project eligibility requirements. The training is geared towards existing Fix Up lenders and housing professionals who work with homeowners.

This training is designed for lenders that process RLP loans. The training provides information about Manufactured Home replacement as an eligible use of RLP loan funds.
