Fix Up Lender Training

Do you want to boost your knowledge of Minnesota Housing's Fix Up home improvement loan program? Or do you want to learn how Fix Up can help you serve more clients? This training is designed both for new Fix Up lenders and experienced lenders wanting a refresher, as well as curious lenders who don't yet offer Fix Up. These in-person trainings will cover key features of the program, borrower and property eligibility, and the breadth of permanent home improvements eligible for Fix Up financing.

Fix Up Quarterly Check-in

Join our quarterly calls where we focus on answering questions about Fix Up and reviewing pertinent program topics. When you register, you will be signed up for all sessions in the series but can attend the sessions that work for you.

Current Fix Up Lenders please join us for our Fix Up Virtual Roundtable on March 29, 2023, to learn about our other programs that could help you reach more customers, as well as share feedback on the home improvement needs in your market.

Current RLP/ELP Lenders please join us for our Lender Focus Group on April 5, 2023.

This training is designed for lenders that process RLP loans. The training provides information about Manufactured Home replacement as an eligible use of RLP loan funds.
