Join a Fix Up Lender Connect call where we answer questions about Fix Up and review pertinent program topics. Calls start at 9 a.m. and generally last 15-30 minutes depending on the agenda.

Energy Loan Plus is available for lower-income homeowners to make energy-conservation improvements to their homes. 

We have prepared a recorded webinar (run time 30.00) geared towards existing Fix Up lenders and housing professionals who work with homeowners to help learn more about this option. It covers key features of Energy Loan Plus, as well as borrower and project eligibility requirements.

Our eLearning training courses are a great place to start learning more about Minnesota Housing loan programs, requirements and how they work. These self-paced training modules lay out the basics of the Fix Up program, eligibility and income requirements and much more.
