Energy Loan Plus Training

Energy Loan Plus is available to homeowners. To learn how this option can help lower-income homeowners make energy-conservation improvements to their homes, view the recorded webinar, which covers key features of Energy Loan Plus, as well as borrower and project eligibility requirements. The training is geared towards existing Fix Up lenders and housing professionals who work with homeowners.

Fix Up Lender Training

Do you want to boost your knowledge of Minnesota Housing's Fix Up home improvement loan program? Or do you want to learn how Fix Up can help you serve more clients? This training is designed both for new Fix Up lenders and experienced lenders wanting a refresher, as well as curious lenders who don't yet offer Fix Up. These in-person trainings will cover key features of the program, borrower and property eligibility, and the breadth of permanent home improvements eligible for Fix Up financing.

Current RLP/ELP Lenders please join us for our Lender Focus Group on April 5, 2023.

This training is designed for lenders that process RLP loans. The training provides information about Manufactured Home replacement as an eligible use of RLP loan funds.
