Minnesota Housing offers marketing materials for participating lenders to market our programs to your borrowers and housing industry partners.

Download materials, social media images and content designed to promote Minnesota Housing programs with one of our prepared templates. Items may be customized, including options for co-branding. (Adobe Reader is required-free to download).

Instructions to download/customize materials:

1. Download and save a copy of the material to your desktop with a new file name.
2. Enter your Contact Information in the highlighted area. For customizable forms, to see fillable area(s), ensure that "Highlight Fields" is checked under the Forms drop-down on Adobe. Enter your contact information in the highlighted area(s).
3. Save the file with the added information.
