Impact Fund

The Community Homeownership Impact Fund (Impact Fund) provides funding for developers and administrators of single family, owner-occupied affordable housing activity throughout the state. Funding is provided through the competitive Single Family Request for Proposals (RFP) process.

The 2024 Single Family RFP is now open and RFP materials can be found on The Community Homeownership Impact Fund webpage.

Applications are due Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 12:00 noon CST.

Training

Attend the 2024 Single Family RFP Information Session scheduled for Tuesday, April 30th at 1:30 p.m.
Registration is required. A video of the training will be posted following the training.
